BUILT FOR BUSINESS
DESIGNED FOR PEOPLE
Values on paper but not in the floor plan.
Many companies invest time and resources into new visions, mission statements, and modern work cultures — yet their spaces tell a different story. Open communication, focus, or agile collaboration can’t simply be “prescribed”. If you take work culture seriously, you also have to rethink the space around it. Because spaces shape our behavior — consciously and unconsciously.
But many office spaces still reflect outdated work models: rigid, noisy, and uninspiring. Now is the time to change that — to rethink work environments as part of company culture, not just as infrastructure.
I support you along the way.
Interior architecture for a thriving company culture
At Lisannco, I design intelligent work environments that support both people and processes. Combining deep knowledge of modern workspaces with a clear, thoughtful design approach, I focus not just on the space itself, but on the people in it and the culture they live (or want to live).
I work closely with management and employees to truly understand what is needed. Together, we create spaces that foster clarity, connection, and focus — strengthening your company’s goals in a sustainable way. Because where people feel good, motivation, creativity, and performance can truly thrive.
Concept phase & further planning steps

First contact and meeting each other
First, you’ll schedule a non-binding introductory meeting with me. This can be done via video call or phone. This initial conversation will help you get a feel for whether the chemistry is right – and it will give me an initial insight into your company.

Company visit and offer
The next step is a no-obligation meeting at your company. We’ll inspect your office space and discuss your ideas and the scope of the project. This will also give us a chance to get to know each other a little better. Based on this, I’ll then prepare a customized quote for the concept phase.

Analysis of your corporate culture
After the contract is signed, the actual collaboration begins. If possible, I spend several days working on-site at your company to gain a deeper understanding of your culture and the people behind it. To capture your needs holistically, I develop surveys tailored to all levels of your organizational hierarchy. This in-depth analysis becomes the foundation and guiding framework for the concept development.

Development of the concept
Concept development begins already during the analysis phase. Equipped with insights from surveys and conversations, I craft a concept that reflects your company’s core values — a concept that resonates across all levels of the organization and supports a workplace culture that is truly lived, not just stated.

Presentation and end of concept phase
During the concept presentation, I will walk you through your design in detail, explaining each solution and element as well as the thoughts behind them. The scope of the presentation is tailored individually and will be defined when the offer is made. Afterwards, you’ll receive all documents digitally. With that, the concept phase is complete – and you’re free to decide whether you’d like to move forward with me into the execution phase.

Further planning steps
If you decide to move forward with the execution after the concept phase, I’ll prepare an offer that covers all further planning steps. I can offer you all planning steps of the SIA, from project planning including building permit application, through tendering, to implementation. Depending on the size of the project, I will manage the construction myself or bring in an external construction manager.
