BUILT FOR BUSINESS
DESIGNED FOR PEOPLE
Work is evolving, but the office stands still?
Discrepancy between company values and interior design
The work environment does not reflect your company culture and values and offers no discernible added value.
Dissatisfied employees due to unattractive spaces
The office is perceived as cramped, loud and uninviting, which negatively impacts motivation and company culture.
Outdated, rigid spatial concepts with no potential for development
The spaces offer no room for growth, innovation, or adaptation to future changes.
Lack of support for new work models
The premises are not suitable for the modern ways of working and hybrid models that you have introduced.
Lack of room types for different work modes
There is a lack of clear zones for focused work, collaboration, and retreat, leaving employees unsure how to best utilize the available space.
Uncertainty in planning and decision-making
You don't know how to involve employees, often make decisions without a sound basis, and are unsure how to plan flexibly and sustainably.

The FRAME process
My FRAME process breaks your project down into clear, understandable steps.
You always maintain an overview and choose the pace.
Clear steps, full transparency, and the freedom to get in or out exactly where you want.

Foundation
The first step is an initial consultation where we define goals, assess the space, and determine the project direction. This consultation takes place at your location, if possible, and lasts between 60 and 120 minutes. This first session is free of charge.

Research
During this phase, I will (if desired) work directly with you on-site for several days. I will analyze how your company culture is lived, identify challenges, and uncover the unspoken desires of your employees. We will also conduct surveys, interviews, and workshops. At the end, you will know precisely where your culture stands and which levers you can pull to improve it.

Alignment
In the Alignment phase, we bring together the results of the Foundation and Research phases. The insights gained are translated into a coherent spatial vision. Function, atmosphere, and identity are harmoniously aligned, resulting in a spatial concept that serves as a guideline for all further decisions.

Materialize
In the Materialize phase, the concept becomes a built reality. Materials, floor plans, and details are finalized, while the implementation is coordinated and monitored. The result is a work environment that strengthens your company culture and promotes employee well-being.

Evolve
Naturally, we ensure that your spaces function as desired and support you in the long term. Optional follow-up sessions and workshops can be booked to help you respond to changes and ensure that your spaces grow with you.
